Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Healthcare
About The Position
Recruit Secure, LLC is assisting our client in seeking an experienced and energetic CFO with experience in the healthcare industry. Our client is a large medical practice that provides Physicians, and Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, etc.) to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Rehabilitation centers, and other post-acute care settings with a focus on improving clinical outcomes. The CFO will be a key member of the management team responsible for directing all fiscal operations of the company and for leading, managing, and building a lean financial team. The successful candidate will have a track record of leading financial planning and reporting, cash management, contract negotiations, and budgeting, and of providing strong analytical insights to support the corporation’s initiatives. Requirements
- BA in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum of 6-10 years of finance and accounting experience
- At least 3 years in a senior management role
- Strong technical and financial analytical skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience in financial reporting for multi-state environments
- Experience developing financial policies
- Experience mentoring financial and accounting teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
