The Director of Financial Services and Chief Financial Officer reports to the Chief Information Officer & Vice Provost for Information Technology and is a member of the DoIT Leadership Team. DoIT leadership members participate in cross-departmental activities such as the development of division policies, strategic plans and long and short-term goals. The division provides a range of administrative and central technology functions with an annual operating budget of approximately $100 million, a workforce of over 500 employees and students, and a leadership team of 19 members. The Chief Financial Officer leads the division-wide financial planning and budgeting process and ensures that financial management is tied closely to the Division of Information Technology strategic planning and priority setting process. The Chief Financial Officer manages and directs all fiscal, internal systems, and business management functions for the division and leads efforts that support DoIT’s business systems. The candidate selected for this position may perform a combination of on-site and remote work subject to an approved flexible work arrangement (FWA), which is reviewed and approved annually. Remote work requires successful candidates to possess their own high-speed internet and phone to perform the work on a university provided computer. Per University policy, transportation between home and assigned work location is not payable/reimbursable and will be at the expense of the employee.
