About The Position

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on CFO to lead financial operations for a multi-entity transportation and logsitics organization across the U.S. Reporting to the President/CEO and serving on the executive team, this role drives financial performance, supports growth, and ensures strong fiscal management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Strong expertise in P&L management, cost control, and cash flow analysis
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance required; CPA and/or MBA preferred
Nice To Haves
- Transportation/logistics industry experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee accounting, treasury, reporting, and compliance
- Manage asset and capital strategy, including cost optimization
- Deliver financial insights to executive leadership and Board
- Oversee financial systems, data integrity, and process automation
- Build and lead high-performing teams (5-7 direct reports)
