This role provides visionary leadership to the community, setting and implementing strategic goals and objectives. The Chief Experience Officer will ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the community, upholding high standards of resident care by working closely with the care team to provide and promote the health, safety, and well-being of residents. This position oversees hiring, orientation, ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to community leaders and associates, while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The role fosters effective communication and collaboration with associates, residents, families, and physicians, and manages budgets and financial performance to ensure the community's financial success. Additionally, the Chief Experience Officer will develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and other community resources.
