This opportunity is for an executive leadership role within a Chief Executive Officer capacity for a hospital within the Prime Healthcare family of acute care hospitals.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration.
  • Proven ability to lead at all levels of management.
  • Demonstrates community commitment.
  • Proficiency in computer operations including word processing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Overall day-to-day hospital operations, strategic leadership, planning, development, direction, coordination, and control of activities within patient care, clinical, and clinical support service areas.
  • Working collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner.
  • Planning and directing short and long-range objectives/goals to meet financial and non-financial targets.
  • Ensuring synergy between people, processes, and strategies to execute business objectives/goals.
  • Attracting, training, developing, and retaining talent to meet business needs.
  • Driving and building revenue growth through developing new business strategies to improve overall performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Communicating key information to respective stakeholders.
