About The Position

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the senior executive leader responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational performance, and financial success of Desert Valley Hospital. The CEO provides visionary leadership while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care and fostering a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and collaboration. This executive partners closely with physicians, leadership teams, employees, and community stakeholders to execute organizational objectives, drive sustainable growth, and advance the hospital's mission within the communities it serves.

Requirements

Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration.
Proven ability to lead at all levels of management.
Demonstrates community commitment.
Proficiency in computer operations including word processing.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Overall day to day hospital operations of the hospital as well as the strategic leadership, planning, development, direction, coordination and control of activity within patient care, clinical and clinical support service areas.
Working collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner.
Planing and directing the short and long range objectives/goals of the company to meet its financial and non-financial goals.
Ensuring synergy between people, processes, and strategies to execute business objectives/goals.
Attracting, training, developing, and retaining talent to ensure business needs are met.
Driving and building revenue growth through developing new business strategies to improve overall performance.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and policies.
Communicating key information to respective stakeholders.
