About The Position
The Chief Engineer will lead, train, and mentor an engineering team that keeps safety, service, and standards at the core. This role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, strategically planning and executing capital and engineering budgets, managing inventory and scheduling to ensure productivity, and championing loss prevention and safety programs. The Chief Engineer will also partner with leadership to support renovations and preventive maintenance projects that elevate guest experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years in engineering.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Budget & P&L experience.
- Knowledge of safety codes.
- Tech-savvy mindset: From CMMS to Workday, you don’t shy away from screens and systems.
- Flexible availability: Nights, weekends, or holidays—you’re ready when duty calls.
