Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position at a hotel in NYC.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills.
Very strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance and all other aspects of the discipline.
HVAC and CPO certifications a must.
Take pride in providing quality of service and ensuring our guests have a great experience.

Responsibilities

Managing and supervising all of Engineering staff.
Maintaining and maintenance of the hotel.
Supervising the implementation of all property equipment preventive maintenance and repairs.
Monitoring life safety systems and utilities.
Administering the department in compliance with all corporate standards and local, state and national codes and regulations to protect assets, guests and associates.
Preventive maintenance and repair of the hotel's mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.
General maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant, FF&E, grounds, swimming pool, etc.
