About The Position
The Chief Engineer is responsible for leading, training, and mentoring an engineering team, ensuring safety, service, and standards are maintained. This role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, managing capital and engineering budgets, overseeing inventory and scheduling for productivity, championing loss prevention and safety programs, and partnering with leadership on renovations and preventive maintenance projects to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years in engineering.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Budget & P&L experience.
- Knowledge of safety codes.
- Tech-savvy mindset: From CMMS to Workday, you don’t shy away from screens and systems.
- Flexible availability: Nights, weekends, or holidays—you’re ready when duty calls.
Responsibilities
