First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Chief Engineer to join the team. The pay range for the role is $125,000 - $140,000/yr; commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary). In this role, the Chief Engineer is directly responsible for the operation and maintenance of building infrastructure and operating systems in a cost-effective manner at First Hawaiian Center (FHC – company Headquarters) and Kamehameha Industrial Center (KIC – the Bank’s data processing and operations center). The building operating systems include HVAC, Plumbing, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), Building Automation System (BAS), emergency/standby generators, automatic transfer switch (ATS) and fuel system, fire alarm and sprinkler systems and other electrical and electronic systems. The Chief Engineer's other primary responsibilities include repair and maintenance of the building’s infrastructure required to maintain a productive and safe workplace for employees, vendors and tenants of the building. The role is also responsible for overall supervision of the Facilities Office, Building Technicians and Parking Operations.
