About The Position
AMG Specialty Hospital is hiring a Chief Clinical Officer (CCO / RN) for our boutique Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility, located inside Hancock Regional Hospital. We provide exceptional, high-acuity care to a small, focused subset of patients requiring extended ICU stays, ventilator support, vasopressors, or advanced wound management. This is a true leadership opportunity to shape clinical operations, nursing practices, and quality outcomes as a key member of our administrative team.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- 1–2 years of nursing leadership experience in a high-acuity setting.
- Strong management abilities.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
