Harmon Medical and Rehab Hospital is searching for a top notch Chief Clinical Officer to work with our super star clinical team! We are committed to providing care to sub acute, psychiatric and skilled nursing patients (both short term and long term care). Our mission is to promote healing, provide our patients with quality care and foster a working environment for our staff that is respectful and supportive.

Requirements

Skilled communicator, director and motivator.
Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
Three to five years plus experience as a Chief Clinical Officer, Assistant Chief or equivalent role in an acute care or sub acute setting is required.
Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN) and BSN.
Valid NV state RN license.

Plans, coordinates and directs clinical and nursing patient care activities.
Ensures the hospital’s strategic plans, goals, mission, vision and values of Integrity, Teamwork, Service Excellence, Accountability, Continuous Improvement and Clinical Quality are met.
Ensures standards of patient care are met.
Advises medical staff, department managers, administration and the Governing Board in matters related to clinical services.
