About The Position

Harmon Medical and Rehab Hospital is searching for a top-notch Chief Clinical Officer to work with their clinical team. They are committed to providing care to sub-acute, psychiatric, and skilled nursing patients (both short-term and long-term care). Their mission is to promote healing, provide patients with quality care, and foster a respectful and supportive working environment for their staff.

Requirements

• Skilled communicator, director, and motivator.
• Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
• Three to five years plus experience as a Chief Clinical Officer, Assistant Chief, or equivalent role in an acute care or sub-acute setting.
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN).
• BSN and MSN (preferred).
• Valid NV state RN license.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and directs clinical and nursing patient care activities.
• Aligns activities with the hospital’s strategic plans, goals, mission, vision, and values.
• Ensures standards of patient care are met.
• Advises medical staff, department managers, administration, and the Governing Board in matters related to clinical services.
