This role involves responding to service calls, resolving emergency situations, and ensuring effective and efficient operations and maintenance. The position requires frequent inspections, generating work orders, reporting critical findings, and planning corrective actions. It also involves managing staffing levels, establishing and updating preventive maintenance programs, monitoring staff performance, and implementing company policies. Training on-site personnel, assisting with payroll and employee issues, and supporting the Project Manager with reporting and long-range planning are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the role focuses on reviewing and recommending energy consumption reductions, ensuring safety standards and code compliance, managing permits, and adhering to purchasing policies.
