This job is responsible for reviewing valuation products including appraisals, Broker Price Opinions, and Property Condition reports for accuracy, credibility, reasonableness, and compliance with applicable investor/insurer/guarantor appraisal requirements or Engagement Letter instructions. Key Responsibilities include responding to audits, assisting internal sales, fulfillment, or operations clients, vendors, panel appraisers, and other team members independently. Job expectations include having five or more years of experience in the real estate appraisal industry and maintaining a valid Appraisal license. Coverage responsibilities include research into appraisal issues related to compliance with USPAP, Federal, State, and Bank policies and/or contractual requirements. Research and timely response to customer or vendor complaints, audit issues, escalated reviews including complex and high dollar properties and special projects.
