About The Position

The Chief Ambulatory Services Officer is a highly visible executive leader responsible for driving strategy, operational excellence, and growth across the region of OMP outpatient care sites. This role demands a transformational leader who brings deep expertise in ambulatory operations, a sharp focus on performance metrics, and a relentless commitment to patient-centered care. The Chief Ambulatory Services Officer is accountable for enhancing operational efficiency, provider productivity, access to care, financial performance, and overall patient and staff experience. He/She possesses a deep understanding of healthcare finance, access optimization, regulatory compliance, operations and strategy. The Chief Ambulatory Services Officer is a proactive change agent who can scale operations, standardize systems, lead innovation, and develop high functioning teams.

Requirements

Master’s degree in business or health-related field required
A minimum of 5 years or more of progressive leadership experience in complex ambulatory operations or healthcare administration
Strong understanding of physician practices, regulatory standards and financial management in healthcare
Engages in the design of ambulatory strategic goals and initiatives that align with the institutional mission and strategic plan.
Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and create new strategies for utilizing capacity across the enterprise appropriately and using data driven approach to identify and prioritize opportunities for expansion.
Deep understanding of healthcare finance, access optimization, regulatory compliance, operations and strategy
