Job Opportunity Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) One Full-Time Permanent Location: Aurora, Ontario L4G3S9 must be within a commutable daily distance from the office and/or service area Status: Permanent, Full-Time Starting Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 Office Hours: Monday - Friday - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, 35 Hours per week Office Expectations; Work in the office once per week in addition to in-office meetings, trainings, and supervisions Posting Closes: Friday, June 19 at 4:00 pm EST Job Description YSSN is seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to provide executive leadership across the agency’s finance and corporate service functions, strengthening the systems, people practices, and infrastructure that enable high-quality service delivery. Reporting directly to the Executive Director and partnering with the Senior Leadership team, the CAO provides enterprise-wide leadership across Finance, Human Resources, Procurement and Contracts, Communications and Administration, Facilities, and Information Technology, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and long-term strategic objectives. The successful candidate will ensure the organization has the governance, processes, and operational capacity needed to support high-quality programs and sustainable growth.
