  • Build and mentor administrative and operational teams

Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative operations supporting revenue cycle management, including credentialing, onboarding, compliance, IT systems, and internal workflows
  • Maintain processes across billing, collections, and IDR support functions to ensure consistency, speed, and accuracy
  • Implement performance tracking across teams, including KPIs for claim submission timelines, collection rates, denial resolution, and IDR outcomes
  • Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and No Surprises Act requirements
  • Establish internal audit and quality assurance programs to maintain billing accuracy and compliance standards
  • Partner with the COO to drive capacity planning, staffing models, and resource allocation based on client volume and growth projections
  • Oversee vendor relationships including clearinghouses, billing platforms, and third-party service providers
  • Lead system optimization initiatives across practice management systems, reporting tools, and workflow automation
  • Support financial oversight by managing administrative budgets, cost controls, and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Drive onboarding and implementation processes for new clients, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to revenue flow
  • Build and mentor administrative and operational teams, creating a high accountability, performance-driven culture
