About The Position

The Chicken Kitchen Clerk provides personal guest interactions that build genuine relationships and create a brand-aligned experience. The clerk demonstrates superior guest service, ensures products meet Lowes Foods standards, and maintains department sanitation and safety. Duties include preparing, receiving, ordering, and stocking products; serving guests; making PA announcements; and performing other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability and willingness to actively engage guests and have fun with them.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds consistently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and directions.
• Knowledge of deli and chicken kitchen operations.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Effective communication, guest service, and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and take direction from them.

Responsibilities

• Personally demonstrate superior guest service at all times.
• Ensure products for sale meet Lowes Foods quality standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Lowes Foods standards.
• Prepare, receive, order, and stock products and provide guest service as needed to achieve department standards.
• Perform PA announcements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
