About The Position

This agency has been placing Live-in Aides for over 37 years since 1985, boasting an A+ rating and a Best of Home Care award. Multiple full-time LIVE-IN caregiver positions are available for CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDES from New Jersey to serve senior clients throughout New Jersey Morris and surrounding counties. The agency is specifically seeking caregivers with experience in Live-in Care. They offer a complete Virtual Hiring Process for faster placement, or applicants can apply at their office following safety protocols. The entire office staff is vaccinated.

Requirements

2 years of live-in care experience
NJ Certified Home Health Aide
Must have legal work authorization for the United States
TB Clearance (2 step PPD, Chest X-ray or Quantiferon)
Physical
MMR immunization record
Photo ID

Nice To Haves

Drivers license a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Assist patients with their activities of daily living such as ambulation, dressing, bathing, toileting and personal hygiene
Follow the care plan of our RN supervisor
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Report changes in patient condition or behavior
Prepare meals following patient nutritional requirements and preferences
Provide light house-keeping and laundry
Monitor for safety
Provide companionship
Complete 12 hours of in-service training per year
Annual competency evaluation by our RN
