About The Position

Alvita Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care throughout Mercer County, New Jersey. Multiple client locations are available, offering convenient commute options and flexible scheduling. Alvita Care is a mission-driven home healthcare and personal care agency with four branches and more than 500 caregivers. Its services include in-home personal care, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, palliative and hospice care, and geriatric care management. The agency has earned The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval and serves private-pay clients; it does not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

Caregivers may assist clients with daily living and personal care, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and support. The role includes access to nurse supervision and 24/7 on-call support. Full-time and flexible schedules are available, including day, night, and weekend shifts. Drivers are a plus.

Requirements

• Must have a valid HHA certificate.
• COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption is required.
• Must have updated medicals and vaccinations, or be willing to obtain them.
• Must have completed drug screening or a Habituation Form.
• Must be reliable and compassionate in providing client care.
