About The Position

Thibaut designs and distributes exclusive and high-end wallpaper, fabric, and furniture. The company has been in business since 1886 and we are growing fast! We are looking for a Cherry Picker to join our team. This role is responsible for picking wallpaper orders accurately and in a timely manner, processing orders according to established department policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. You will also partner with internal teams to meet and exceed customer service expectations and provide feedback regarding service failures or customer concerns. Maintaining or exceeding team standards, demonstrating commitment, and accountability for results are key aspects of this role.

Requirements

1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience required.
Highschool diploma or GED required.
1 year minimum of sit down forklift, man-up Order Picker. Able to operate and work at heights of ~25’ high.
Strong math skills (addition/subtraction/dividing/fractions).
Familiar with inventory and warehouse management concepts and systems.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Able to push and pull rolling carts and pallet jacks.
Able to stand/walk up to 8 hours per day.
Excellent computer skills, preferably in an AS400 or Infor environment. Must be able to use MS Office especially Excel and Word.

Nice To Haves

Experience with RF picking, voice picking, or pick/put to light is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
Safely operates any equipment, including, but not limited to, forklifts, man-up Order Picker, voice or RF picking equipment. Able to operate at heights of ~25’ high.
Responsible for picking wallpaper orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Processes orders according to established department policies and procedures.
Partners with the internal teams, as needed, to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Maintains or exceeds the standards that have been set for the team, demonstrates commitment and is accountable for results.
