About The Position

NSG Group/Pilkington North America is one of the world's largest glassmakers, manufacturing and distributing automotive and flat glass for the automotive and building industries. As a Cherry Picker operator, associates are responsible for picking automotive glass or accessories and meeting picking expectations. The 3rd shift runs from Sunday night to Thursday night, 10:45 pm to 6:45 am, with mandatory overtime starting at 8:45 pm as needed. This is a safety-sensitive position in a non-climate-controlled facility.

Requirements

• 1-year RECENT Cherry Picker/Order Picker experience
• Able to work at heights of up to 30 feet
• Ability to meet a satisfactory level of Units Per Hour
• Ability to lift 35-45 pounds on a frequent basis and on occasion up to 70 pounds
• Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled facility
• Must have attention to detail

• Operate cherry picker/order picker and obtain and maintain appropriate certifications
• Utilize basic hand tools
