About The Position

As a Cherry Picker operator, associates are responsible for picking of automotive glass such as windshields and meeting picking expectations. This role operates in a non-climate-controlled facility and requires the ability to work at heights of up to 30 feet. The position is a safety-sensitive role.

Requirements

1-year RECENT Cherry Picker experience
Utilizing basic hand tools
Excellent attendance
Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled facility
Attention to detail
Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull objects weighing 35-45 pounds on average and up to 70 pounds on a frequent/daily basis without assistance
Willingness to operate order picker and obtain and maintain appropriate certifications
Ability to work at heights of up to 30 feet
Ability to meet a satisfactory level of Units Per Hour
Ability to work both independently and as a team member
Ability to work extended shift hours based on business need

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of departmental safety, quality and operational procedures
RF/RDT scanners/order menu experience
