About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Cherry Picker Operator to join our warehouse team in North Memphis. This is an excellent opportunity to become a permanent employee with a growing company. The ideal candidate will have recent experience operating a cherry picker (order picker) forklift, be comfortable working at heights, and have a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent cherry picker/order picker experience required.
• Must have a valid forklift certification/license (or be able to become certified).
• Ability to work at elevated heights without fear.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check (if required).

Nice To Haves

• Experience using RF scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a cherry picker/order picker forklift to pull and stock inventory.
• Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Retrieve and store products at heights of up to 30-40 feet.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Verify product quantities and inspect merchandise for damage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.
