About The Position

NSG Group/Pilkington North America is hiring a Cherry Picker Operator to pick automotive glass or accessories and meet picking expectations. This is a safety-sensitive position in a non-climate-controlled facility. The operator must work at heights of up to 30 feet and use a cherry picker/order picker, obtaining and maintaining the appropriate certifications. The role pays $19.50–$20.50 per hour based on experience, with picking incentives available. The third-shift schedule is Sunday night through Thursday night, 10:45 p.m. to 6:45 a.m. Mandatory overtime may begin at 8:45 p.m. as needed. Pilkington North America describes its compensation range as a good-faith estimate; individual pay varies based on job-related skills, knowledge, experience, and education. Requirements

One year of recent cherry picker/order picker experience.
Ability to lift 35–45 pounds frequently and, on occasion, up to 70 pounds.
Ability to use basic hand tools.
Good attendance is required.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled facility.
Attention to detail.
Willingness to operate a cherry picker/order picker and obtain and maintain appropriate certifications.
