The Chemline Operator must be able to perform all etch, autoclave, and laboratory operations with focus on quality, productivity, and safety. This role involves supporting SOP and EP compliance for etch and autoclave solution controls, conducting audits, adjusting tank levels and concentrations, and maintaining accurate records. The operator will also coordinate with production for tank clean-outs, manage caustic pickups and deliveries, monitor wastewater, and maintain raw material inventories for the etch tank. Additionally, the position requires assisting in training new operators, continuously improving the etch area, and collaborating with outside vendors, maintenance, and IT to resolve issues. Performing etch operations when required and attending miscellaneous meetings are also part of the responsibilities. The incumbent must be able to physically and mentally perform the job demands, including handling high stress associated with high activity and tight deadlines. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Lot Control, are necessary.
