The Furnace Operator is responsible for coordinating the loading, unloading, and monitoring of multiple furnaces. This role involves entering program data, changing over and adjusting equipment, and varying temperatures, timing, and furnace atmospheric conditions. The operator must meticulously record and log hourly data, annotate variances, and ensure all documentation complies with NADCAP requirements. They are also responsible for selecting tools and fixtures to anneal, harden, and braze components, producing parts according to certification and quality guidelines. Additionally, the operator will assist maintenance with calibrations, SAT, TUS, repair, and troubleshooting, cross-train other employees, and maintain professional communication. Adherence to proper PPE, safety equipment, 5-S Principles, Corporate Code of Ethical Standards, and Company IPM/QPM and ISO quality requirements is essential. Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
