About The Position
MoFo is seeking an experienced Chemistry Patent Agent to join their Patent Prosecution Group. This role involves preparing and prosecuting patent applications, contributing to prosecution strategy, and providing technical and legal research and analysis for matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The position also requires providing technical support for PTAB and litigation proceedings. Requirements
- Ph.D. in chemistry
- USPTO registration
