About The Position

This role involves preparing and prosecuting patent applications, contributing to prosecution strategy, and providing technical and legal research and analysis for matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The position also offers the opportunity to provide technical support for PTAB and litigation proceedings. • Preparing and prosecuting patent applications
