About The Position

Finish Tech and Everwhite are manufacturing and materials-focused companies specializing in coatings, surface chemistry, and engineered process solutions. Finish Tech has expertise in advanced Surface Treatments, Coatings, Embossing, and Laminations. We are looking for an energetic, motivated Chemist to help develop the next generation of coatings, surface treatments, laminations and other products to support business growth in our family of companies. This position will include on-the-job training, working first in a support role to our experienced engineers, operators, and technical staff. From day one, you’ll be involved in active production, quality assurance, product development, and learn how chemical engineering principles are applied in real business environments. Eventually, the position will lead R&D efforts related to the chemistry of our new product development. This position is unrelated to biology or the medical field.

Requirements

Degree in Chemistry or 5 years making chemistries in a lab setting
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn on the job
Comfortable working in a hands-on, production-oriented environment
Interest in applied chemistry, materials, and manufacturing
Reliability, engagement, and a desire to learn
