About The Position
A temporary, part-time Chemist I position on the Research & Development team at a technology center in Piscataway, New Jersey. The role supports the development of a fundamental understanding of the structure and interactions of inorganic and organic compounds. Working alongside senior scientists, the candidate will gain hands-on industrial laboratory experience in experimental design, sample preparation, and data analysis.
Requirements
- Hold or be actively pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Have a solid foundation in inorganic, organic, or analytical chemistry.
- Enjoy hands-on bench work on a daily basis.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and precision when taking laboratory measurements.
