About The Position

As a Chemist I at Solstice, you will apply critical thinking and chemistry fundamentals to help deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Working under direct and/or indirect supervision alongside other chemists, you will develop and optimize analytical test methods, conduct experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development. You will contribute to the development of innovative solutions and the success of projects and programs. This is an onsite role at Solstice's Spokane, Washington location and reports directly to the Chemist Supervisor. The position requires availability for a non-traditional schedule, including evening and overnight shifts, weekends, and potentially weekend overnight shifts. Candidates must be willing and able to work outside standard Monday–Friday business hours as operational needs require.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related science.
6 or more years of experience working in a laboratory environment; educational and professional experience may be combined.
Availability and willingness to work outside standard Monday–Friday business hours, including evening and overnight shifts and weekends as operational needs require.
