About The Position

This position requires call-out and overtime as needed and working a 10-hour day. Candidates must be available for evenings or nights, overtime, weekends, and holiday work as required. Prior experience and knowledge of boiler/water analysis is preferred. Previous work experience in a water treatment plant is preferred. Experience and competency in the use, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation/equipment. Knowledge of proper analytical methods and techniques. Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred. Familiarity with mechanical parts and repair is preferred. Knowledge and experience in production of deionized water is preferred.

Requirements

• BS degree in Chemistry or other field of science with a MINIMUM of 12 semester hours in Chemistry required.
• Availability for evenings or nights, overtime, weekends, and holiday work as required.
• Ability to work a 10-hour day.
• Experience and competency in the use, calibration and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation/equipment.
• Knowledge of proper analytical methods and techniques.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience and knowledge of boiler/water analysis.
