Starting with Polymer Material handler. This training will come from the shift reactor operator (OJT) utilizing recipe batch sheet and POST work staging for the next process or batch. During this time, they will learn how to run samples for applicable quality testing. Essays to cover but not limited to Ammonia, water completed batches ext. Keep logs updated on shift, boiler vent scrubber ext. As they complete this training and reactor operator has signed off on advancement, they will start to charge vessels and start introduction to batch cycle process.
