About The Position

Responsible for the application and validation of our chemical processes, which are performed on precision machined parts in a manner consistent and in compliance to Government, Customer, and In-house requirements and/or Specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Work with and around various chemical treatment processes, including but not limited to the following: i.e. chromate conversion coating, vacuum impregnation, anodize, and passivation
  • Responsible for accuracy of own work
  • Use inspection gauges and equipment to check work
  • Must be able to wear personal safety gear as required to meet OSHA regulations, ie., goggles, gloves, back belt, apron, and respirator when required
  • Basic blueprint reading and mil spec knowledge
  • Fill out required regulated paperwork and required documentation
