The Chemical Process Operator performs thermal coating processes used to apply pack aluminide coatings to gas turbine engine components. As part of a team, the operator supports the manufacture and repair of aerospace components through coating application, surface preparation, inspection, and documentation while maintaining high quality and safety standards. The role primarily works Tuesday through Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with schedule flexibility required because days and hours may vary based on business needs. A shift differential of $1–$3 per hour applies based on assigned workdays, and the position offers a $500 sign-on bonus. The work takes place in a manufacturing environment with exposure to coatings, thermal processes, fumes, noise, and industrial equipment. Employees may work near high-temperature furnaces and coating equipment and are required to wear appropriate PPE and follow safety procedures. Additional hours outside the regular schedule may be needed to meet operational needs, including evenings, weekends, or holidays. Non-exempt employees are paid overtime in accordance with applicable laws. Candidates must be U.S. persons as defined in the posting. Employment offers are conditioned on successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
