About The Position
As the Chemical Process/Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in improving the reliability, efficiency, safety, and sustainability of our manufacturing processes. This position offers the opportunity to apply and expand your technical expertise while leading process improvements that support plant performance, profitability, and future growth. Requirements
- B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of chemical manufacturing or process engineering experience; recent graduates with relevant internship or co-op experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience leading process improvements, managing projects, and influencing change across teams.
- Experience in chemical, food, or other process manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines, including electrical, instrumentation, and process controls.
- Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software.
Responsibilities
- Optimize plant performance through process improvement, troubleshooting, project support, and technical leadership, working closely with operations and maintenance.
- Analyze production data, implement solutions to manufacturing challenges, support audits and capital projects, and share knowledge through training and collaboration across the organization.
- Leverage data and KPIs to identify and execute improvement opportunities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, develop team capabilities through coaching and knowledge sharing, and deliver sustainable, measurable results.
