About The Position

As the Chemical Process/Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in improving the reliability, efficiency, safety, and sustainability of our manufacturing processes. Requirements

  • B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant operations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of chemical manufacturing or process engineering experience; recent graduates with relevant internship or co-op experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience leading process improvements, managing projects, and influencing change across teams.
  • Experience in chemical, food, or other process manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines, including electrical, instrumentation, and process controls.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize plant performance through process improvement, troubleshooting, project support, and technical leadership, working closely with operations and maintenance.
  • Analyze production data, implement solutions to manufacturing challenges, support audits and capital projects, and share knowledge through training and collaboration across the organization.
  • Leverage data and KPIs to identify and execute improvement opportunities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive operational excellence.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, develop team capabilities through coaching and knowledge sharing, and deliver sustainable, measurable results.
