About The Position
The Chemical Process Engineer will support the Mechanical Project Design group. Chemical engineering project support includes participation in designs ranging from scope definition, feasibility and conceptual studies, and preliminary/detailed designs. Tasks include flowsheet development (block diagrams, process flow diagrams, and P&IDs), analyses and calculations, reports/studies and Process Descriptions preparation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
- 10 – 20+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in process design of complex nuclear or chemical facilities
- United States Citizenship
- Must be able to obtain and maintain DOE Q Security Clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Active Q Security Clearance preferred.
Responsibilities
