About The Position

This is a two-year contract role based in Juncos, Puerto Rico, providing engineering and statistical support to commercial drug substance manufacturing at a biotechnology company. The role involves analyzing process data, evaluating process performance, troubleshooting and optimizing manufacturing operations, supporting system modifications, change controls, and validation, and communicating findings through technical reports and presentations to cross-functional teams. The position may be extended beyond the initial contract period.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred) plus 2 years of experience, or a Master's degree.
• Statistical analysis skills.
