Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Strong experience operating equipment in a chemical or process manufacturing environment.
Experience working safely in a Process Safety Management (PSM) manufacturing environment.
Experience troubleshooting production processes and participating in Root Cause Analysis.
Ability to work a 12-hour rotating DuPont shift schedule.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Fluent English and basic computer proficiency.

Nice To Haves

Experience using DeltaV distributed control systems.
Working knowledge of SAP R/3 and Microsoft Office.
Experience with control room operations.
Experience performing basic laboratory testing and continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

Safely operate and monitor chemical production processes using DeltaV and field equipment while following established operating procedures.
Perform process monitoring, sampling, laboratory testing, inspections, and equipment operation to ensure safe and efficient production.
Troubleshoot process issues, participate in Root Cause Analysis, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct autonomous maintenance, 5S activities, and support plant reliability and asset integrity.
Record production, quality, and operational data while ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Shipping, and HSE teams to maintain safe and reliable plant operations.
