About The Position

This role involves operating chemical processes, requiring knowledge of basic chemistry and physics. The operator must be able to follow instructions, work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays, and collaborate effectively within a team. Key aspects include actively participating in process operations for business benefit, troubleshooting problems, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a positive and coachable attitude, and interacting with external personnel like corporate or vendors. Safety and environmental responsibility are paramount, as is maintaining the condition of the plant and equipment in the assigned area. Additional duties may be assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Meet Work Keys qualifying scores
Two years manufacturing experience

Nice To Haves

Chemical plant experience desired

Responsibilities

Knowledge of chemical processes, including basic Chemistry and physics.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
