About The Position

Primient is a producer of food and industrial ingredients made from plant-based, renewable sources. The Chemical Operator I role helps ensure the safe operation of manufacturing processes through a highly automated, state-of-the-art system. This is a varied, team-oriented manufacturing role involving problem-solving and a range of duties, with some manual labor. Operators learn and master key skills from their first day and can progress toward becoming skilled technicians and subject matter experts. Primient's skill-block learning and development system rewards employees with pay enhancements as they gain skills and advance along the Operator Career Path. The work requires climbing stairs and ladders, working in warm and cold temperatures, and occasionally lifting and carrying up to 55 pounds.

Requirements
