About The Position

Primient’s Process Operator role supports the safe operation of a highly automated, state-of-the-art manufacturing process. The position involves varied duties and problem-solving as part of a team, rather than simple repetitive production-line work. New hires learn and master key skills, with opportunities to progress toward becoming a skilled technician. Primient uses a “skill blocks” learning and development system. Employees can earn pay enhancements as they gain skills and advance along a structured Operator Career Path, with the opportunity over time to become a subject matter expert who designs improvements to the processes they operate. The role includes some manual labor, climbing stairs and ladders, working in warm and cold temperatures, and occasionally lifting and carrying up to 55 pounds.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic math, reading, and problem-solving skills.
