About The Position

Our Manufacturing team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality products safely, efficiently, and consistently. As a 3rd Shift Chemical Mixer, you will help ensure our products are manufactured accurately and meet the quality standards our customers expect. This role is essential to maintaining smooth production operations, supporting safety initiatives, and contributing to a strong team environment. The 3rd Shift hours are Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
3–4 years of batch mixing experience in the hand cleaner or related manufacturing industry
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic computer skills and ability to work within manufacturing software systems
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Lift truck certification or ability to become certified on low-lift, fork-lift, and high-lift equipment
Strong teamwork skills and a safety-first mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

Accurately measure, weigh, and add chemical raw materials using both manual and automated processes
Manufacture materials according to batch cards and mixing work instructions using computer software
Perform routine batch quality checks to ensure product consistency and compliance
Monitor the integrity of mixes and stop operations when quality or safety standards are not met
Sanitize mixing equipment according to established work instructions and schedules
Understand and work with Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
Assist in training new mixers and support other production lines as needed
Promote and follow all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices
Recommend safety improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Research & Development teams
