About The Position

Nico Products, a metal-finishing processor in Minneapolis, is hiring a Chemical Maintenance Technician to maintain production tanks using laboratory test results and established instructions. The lab technician performs the testing; this role uses those results to make required additions. The starting pay is $28.00 per hour, with additional earning opportunities through overtime, an attendance reward, and profit sharing. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available to eligible new hires. Overtime depends on business needs and is not guaranteed; rewards and bonuses are subject to eligibility requirements. The regular schedule is described as a four-day workweek, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with Friday overtime opportunities and overtime as needed.
