About The Position

This is a Temp-To-Full-Time Senior Chemical/Textile Machine Operator position focused on setting up, operating, and performing routine maintenance on production equipment. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving process and quality issues independently, conducting regular quality checks, and ensuring compliance with company safety standards. The operator will collaborate with engineering, QA, and production teams to improve efficiency and resolve operational challenges, follow and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role includes mentoring and training junior operators, providing technical guidance and knowledge-sharing, and maintaining accurate documentation of production, quality, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Experience as a Chemical/Textile Machine Operator.
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving process and quality issues independently.
• Knowledge of company safety standards.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Skills in process optimization.
• Ability to mentor and train junior operators.
• Strong documentation skills.
