About The Position
The Chemical Line Operator will be responsible for the processing of aluminum components through a chemical conversion line for the Aerospace and Defense industries. This individual will be expected to embrace and exhibit a culture of honesty, integrity, and good corporate citizenship. This is a critical role within the Brazing team and requires a detailed mindset.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, or General Education Degree (GED).
- Strong verbal communication.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to follow safety regulations and take directions.
Nice To Haves
- Previous chem line experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Strive towards a culture of proactive safety.
- Chem cleaning of components prior to assembly.
- Chem conversion of finished components.
- Safely racking and unracking of finished components.
- Loading/Unloading of humidity chamber.
- Load/Unload of heat treat oven.
- Other duties as assigned.
