Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Successful completion (C or better) of high school chemistry and math
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• 6 months of chemical room or chemical offloading experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Proficient in SAP, WMS, Microsoft Office, and Rail Connect

Responsibilities

• Receive, stage, and deliver raw materials to production lines per schedule
• Ensure accurate material transactions in SAP/WMS systems
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and traceability of raw materials
• Shipping of materials ensuring DOT compliance
• Adhere to hygienic standards when it comes to sampling and usage of micro sensitive materials
• Make sure raw material buffer tanks are filled and ready for operational use
• Manage inventory and operation of powder handling rooms
