Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
1-3 yrs. previous manufacturing / shipping experience, preferably in a chemical environment.

Nice To Haves

Microsoft Office, SAP and Lotus Notes experience is a plus
CDL is a plus

Responsibilities

Responsibility for ensuring that "B/C" level duties are accomplished efficiently and equitably.
Month-end reconciliation for finished products and packaging materials.
Assist in writing and updating work instructions and procedures for area.
Identify problems and inefficiencies.
Respond to off-shift problems. Able to process off-shift sales orders if Customer Advocate is not available.
Work closely with all internal customers
Duties will include processing paperwork, interacting with shippers, carriers, and employees to ship/receive materials accurately and safely.
Performs all work with highest regard for safety.
Operation of chemical dispensing processes to properly package chemical products by strictly following protocol to generate quality product.
Using Fork truck
Duties will include offloading raw material inventory, packaging/ filling trucks and other product containers, generating proper paperwork for shipping, product labeling, and any other shipping/receiving functions
